Our Public Sector Sales Manager, Pete Briggs has been managing tenders for care solutions to the UK public sector for 20 years and has a significant network of contacts and established relationships. 

Project Manager Howell Hughes is involved from the tender stage with focus on security and software functionality. He works with customers for the life of the project to successfully implement our scheduling and care brokerage cloud software solutions with added focus on delivery of complex third party implementations such as ContrOCC and Microsoft Entra ID Active Directory.

Our training and onboarding team deliver Train the Trainer sessions on our scheduling solutions and, combined with our support service, provide online and phone help desk advice during the implementation phase to aid the configuration.

The Train the Trainer onboarding sessions are designed to create customer-based super users. All customers have access to our help portal with a comprehensive collection of knowledge and support articles and videos on how the solution works. These ensure smooth additional in-house training and support.
