Our pricing is simple, honest and transparent to meet your agency’s needs.
Pricing is based on the number of people using the Carer Companion mobile app so you pay a price per carer, per month with no additional costs for office users, add-on features or customer support.
No hidden costs
We do not charge additional fees for the use of the management portal by office and admin staff. Every care co-ordinator and office manager can have their own login with no restrictions.
Care Circle portal
Access to the Care Circle portal for family and friends is free for all customers.
Access to all features
We do not charge by modules or feature set. As a customer you get full access to all features and functionality within the system – including any new updates or features.

Three onboarding sessions plus ongoing support from our friendly customer support team.

All contracts are subject to a minimum monthly fee of £100 per month + VAT
Initial contract requires a 12 month commitment, after which there is an option to choose 3 month rolling contracts. 12 month fixed term contracts benefit from discounted prices.
Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. For customers outside the UK, subject to your VAT standing, Euro prices could be free of VAT.
