CareLineLive is pleased to announce the appointment of two experienced members to its team.
Nick Shah, CareLineLive’s Director of Operations, brings a vast amount of experience to CareLineLive. From very early on in his career, Nick has been running and managing businesses. Nick, with his brother, acquired a loss-making business and transformed it into a profitable business with revenues of £2m, selling it to make a substantial capital gain.
Nick has experience in angel investing into early stage, technology businesses, joining SaaS startup rise.global as a co-founder and chief operations officer.
Nick’s strengths are general management, operational efficiency, supply-chain & customer relations, product development & evaluation, and pricing strategy.
“My major role at CareLineLive will be to ensure operational excellence, with an emphasis on optimising and setting up business processes that will enable CareLineLive to become the leading care management software choice for the Home Care sector globally”.
Julie Scarlett joins CareLineLive as a Sales Manager. Julie has several years’ experience in software companies, supporting clients through training and product implementation. Before CareLineLive her most recent role was in Sales and Account Management tailoring customers’ requirements to specific products to improve their efficiency and data management.
Bringing her wealth of knowledge and joining the Sales Team, Julie explains her role “I want to drive the growth of CareLineLive within the Home Care industry, to support our vision of becoming the preferred go-to Care Management System in the UK and help our customers eliminate challenges that they have experienced in the past with care management.”
